Semi-Crystalline
Polymer semi-crystallines are (PEEK,PEKK, PPS), these are polymers which form semi-crystalline structure when heated. They are very hard and strong. In many cases they replace aluminum applications for strength of structural material.
Amorphous Crystalline
Amorphous crystalline , many no grain boundaries or grain size is able to be measured, this is due to many reasons, but mainly due to overlapping. Chemical and gas form in metals is naturally amorphous, it isn't until the formation under heat, then cooled, that we start to deal with grain boundaries. These can be controlled and sized if you know what you are doing.
Poly-Crystalline
Multiple elements in an alloy form polycrystalline structures, making the alloy more complex and giving the alloy more properties. We can easily fit up to five different elements in a cell structure. This is not necessarily an additive solution but more of a alloy skin that needs these properties.
